Session Flow:
What Happens in a Healing Session?

  • We’ll start by sitting down and talking through your health and wellbeing journey — what you’ve been moving through, what you’re struggling with, and what your intentions are for this work. This creates a foundation of trust and clarity for the session ahead.

  • I’ll then guide you to turn inward, bringing your awareness to your body and exploring the sensations and emotions present. This is a powerful practice to reconnect with lost parts of yourself and will prepare you for the next stage of our session. I will incorporate somatic therapy, breathwork and meditation techniques.

  • At this stage in the session we’ll move to the massage table and I will guide you through your energy healing. This will incorporate a sweeping soundscape of music. I may also massage some acupressure points to create a free flow of energy through certain meridians. This is a chance for you to let go and surrender to the experience. At the end of the session there is time for integration as I ground the body using Reiki.

  • An optional extra and a beautiful addition to your session. If you book a sound healing, I will use traditional sound healing instruments including crystal bowls, singing bowls, chimes and more to create an ethereal soundscape and giving you time for a longer integration.

  • At the end of your session we will spend some time discussing your experience, any insights that came up during the session and what changes you can implement in your life. You will also draw a card for sacred guidance from your higher self.

Kundalini Activation

Experiencing Energetic, Emotional, and Somatic RELEASES During Sessions.

As the nervous system feels safe to release, sensations, movements, sounds and emotions could come up to be released during the session.

  • This feels like: energy swirling within the body, tingling, twitching, shaking, tapping, swaying, pins and needles, pressure, heat or cool, dance-like movements, waves of emotion coming up for processing.

  • This sounds like: crying, coughing, and other vocal releases.

  • This looks like: seeing colours, patterns, inner visions, third eye activation.

Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in and try not to eat a big meal for 2 hours before your session.

Release your expectations to support emotional and physical healing.

The most important thing is to have no expectations and to release control so that you're able to drop into the body and experience whatever comes up, whatever is ready to be released.

Some people remain still during their early sessions, while others naturally feel the urge to move, stretch, shake, cry, laugh, or breathe deeply.

If your body is giving you clues it wants to move and express, I encourage you to allow it — following these impulses helps deepen release and integration.

Each session may feel different from the last, depending on what comes up ready to be released.

Somatic Trauma Release

A Safe, Judgment-Free Space for Healing.

There is no judgement in this space. There is no right or wrong way for your body to express itself.

We are taught from a young age that it’s rude to make big noises or movements, to express our emotions, and so we shut down the wild parts of ourselves and our bodies suffer for it.

Just like a dog shakes after it’s had a fright, we need to move the stagnant energy that accumulates from our stressful lives, and shift it out of our body using our movement, breath and voice.

This is a safe space where you can remove the masks you wear day to day and just be yourself. Free to express yourself in any way that comes.

I will teach you the tools to give yourself kindness, compassion and acceptance as you go through the process.

Delilah

Before you book a session, you should know that Delilah will be here as your own personal emotional support dog.

She’s very liberal with her kisses and cuddles and is the best comfort when you’re feeling big emotions.

If tiny doggos aren’t your thing or you’re allergic, then I may not be the best practitioner to fit your needs.

But if you love puppy cuddles, Delilah would love to see you!
