REIKI FOR DEEP HEALING & RELAXATION.
I am a certified Reiki practitioner, having completed my Reiki certificates for Levels 1, 2 and 3, up to the Advanced Level.
I use Reiki energy to ground the body at the end of the session for deep relaxation and integration.
Throughout the session, I incorporate sound healing techniques and apply my knowledge of essential oils gained during this training.
At the end of the session, we also pull a card for guidance from your higher self, building your connection with and trust in your own intuition.
