THE LIMINAL SPACE WELLNESS DISCLAIMER.

Last updated: February 2026

Welcome to The Liminal Space Wellness.

This is deep and transformative work. During sessions, you may be guided into the layers of your emotional and physical body, bringing awareness to repressed or fragmented aspects of self, gently unraveling limiting narratives, and supporting the creation of new patterns for greater wellbeing.

It is a journey of self-discovery, compassion, and coming home to yourself.

By booking a session, you agree to the following disclaimers. Please read them carefully.

ABOUT THE SCOPE OF THIS WORK.

The Liminal Space Wellness offers educational, body-based and self-exploration practices to support insight, resilience, and personal transformation during periods of transition.

This work is not psychotherapy, crisis support, or mental health treatment, and does not provide ongoing emotional containment, monitoring of risk, or management of psychiatric symptoms.

Readiness and Responsibility.

Before beginning, please consider your readiness for emotional exploration.

By booking and participating, you affirm that you have sufficient emotional stability and physical capacity to engage safely in body-based self-exploration practices, and that you have disclosed any relevant medical, physical, psychological, or psychiatric history that could affect your safety in this work.

Some practices may involve physical movement. As with all physical activity, a risk of injury is possible. You agree to accept this risk, listen to your body, notify your facilitator and stop immediately if you experience pain or discomfort. If symptoms persist, you are responsible for seeking medical advice from a qualified professional.

Not a Substitute for Medical or Psychological Care.

This work is not a replacement for medical or psychological attention, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not appropriate as a primary support during periods of acute mental health crisis, active suicidal ideation, or significant psychological destabilisation.

If you are experiencing symptoms of a medical or mental health condition, please seek appropriate care from a licensed doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or other health professional.

Acknowledgement and Waiver.

By attending a session, you affirm that:

  • You understand participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

  • You are solely responsible for your health, wellbeing, and decisions.

  • Results may vary and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
